Mrs. Xu
Mrs. Xu is an enthusiastic 80-year-old. She is fond of Chinese opera and often brings her music sheets, inviting me to be her audience.

Mrs. Xu is deaf in the left ear and has experienced over ten years of tinnitus, occurring 2-3 times a week, accompanied by dizziness, unsteady walking, and a sensation of being pushed forward. She has difficulty walking long distances and cannot stand up after bending due to lower back pain.
After providing consistent moxibustion and acupressure for six months, the frequency of her tinnitus decreased to once or twice every 2–3 months. Except on the days she was extremely fatigued in life, her headaches and dizziness were almost completely eliminated. Her lower back pain was significantly relieved, enabling her to walk and bend normally.
